Welcome to Stoke House Annexe – the idilic peaceful retreat in the beautiful quintessential Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. Ideally located for Kirtlington Park, Oxford, Woodstock, The Cotswolds and Bicester Village.

The self contained annexe is perfect for couples or a single adult looking to get away from the city and take in the beautiful village and surrounding countryside. It isn’t child friendly due to its size and an open staircase but could accommodate a small baby – if you have your own travel cot.The annexe has 1 bedroom, with parking available. Perfect location for guests attending weddings at Kirtlington Park.

Husband and I had lovely break here, perfect getaway without the children. Barbara was a superb host and provided a great selection of breakfast items for our stay, we will hopefully be back soon.

Lovely location and ideal base for cycling the Oxfordshire lanes. Well equipped annex. Barbara is a very pleasant, helpful host and provided good quality breakfast products including a bottle of her own apple juice
