Short Lets
1. Payment
A deposit of 30% of the rental total is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance of 70% is to be paid in full no less than eight weeks (56 days) prior to commencement of stay. If the full balance is not received within 8 weeks prior to the commencement of stay, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the deposit paid. For bookings made less than eight weeks before the commencement of the rental, the total rental fee is payable on booking. Cleared funds are required. UK pound sterling cheques will be accepted but must be cleared within the stipulated time.
2. Cancellations
Any cancellation made by the Client for whatever reason must be in writing with proof of receipt. If the booking is cancelled before 56 days of the arrival date, then the 30% deposit will be retained in full and forfeited.
Cancellations made between 56 – 36 days before the arrival date: 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 36 days before arrival date: Full cost of the rental withheld.
3. Damage deposit – £575, returnable with 7 days of departure
