Daily Rate –

We offer 1 night minimum stays starting from £120 per night.

Christmas – £130 per night with a 4 night minimum between December 23rd. – December 27th.
New Year – £130 per night with a 3 night minimum

Bank Holiday Weekends – 3 day minimum stay from the Friday – £130 per night

NB Cleaning fee per stay of £45 per stay.

Stoke House Annexe is a non smoking and animal free property.

Short Lets –

We are happy to discuss the rate for guests who require longer bookings.

Discount available for longer bookings as follows:
1 week – 10%
2 weeks – 15%
4 weeks – 20%

The rates are fully inclusive of all utilities: heating, lighting, water, electricity, wi-fi, & council tax. Cleaning charge £45

The Annexe is perfectly located for guests who may be attending weddings at the Manor House.
